WonderCon Anaheim 2014 was once again on Easter weekend and Star Wars Rebels Executive Producer Dave Filoni, Art Director Kilian Plunkett, and Voice Actor Vanessa Marshall had a panel discussing the upcoming animated series. The main message of the panel was this show is Star Wars, in the same hands it has always been in, and that will come across in the look and feel of Rebels. We’ll also be seeing a lot more space battles in Rebels similar to the original trilogy films.
In April 2009 Kotobukiya released the first in a series of ArtFX+ statues based on Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Series One consisted of three statues all based on the main Jedi characters and how they looked in the first two seasons. You have Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker in their half Jedi robes half Clone Trooper armor look, Ahsoka Tano in her earlier seasons outfit with a single lightsaber and removable backpack that carries Huttlet Rotta. Each of these three figures included one or two pieces to make a fourth figure, Master Yoda, who was the Series One build a figure.
